A filing fee must be paid to the Clerk of Superior Court
of the county in which the divorce case occurs. Each county can
set the filing fee to be paid within certain limits.
Typically, the filing fee ranges from $204.00 to about $220.00.
The filing fee is NOT included in the fees paid to us by
our clients. The filing fee is paid by MONEY ORDER
to the Clerk of Superior Court of the county in which
the case is filed. |
