Uncontested Divorce Practice in Georgia.

The lead attorney, Robert L. Jones.

Although we are based in Cobb County, Georgia, by using the internet and other technology tools, we assist clients all over the globe, including members of the armed forces.  We are fully licensed to practice in all counties in Georgia and we efficiently prepare all documents for our clients who desire to complete the divorce process as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. We also review documents as necessary and advise clients on the meaning and effect of the documents and suggest changes if necessary.  This can be particularly important if your spouse is represented by an attorney who is requesting that you sign paperwork that may affect your rights.  We charge a very reasonable fee for this service.  We actively represent clients and appear in court as necessary in uncontested divorce cases in the following Georgia counties: Banks, Barrow, Bartow, Butts, Cherokee, Clarke, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, Douglas, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Hall, Henry, Jackson, Newton, Paulding or Spalding.  At present, we do not offer full representation in any other county.

Flexible, personalized and professional services.

The mission of our firm is to provide our clients with the highest level of cost-effective, personalized and professional service for their uncontested case so that the client remains in control. We provide three level of service for our clients who are obtaining an uncontested divorce:

Please refer to the fee schedule for more information.

  • If you are having difficulty reaching an agreement with your spouse on any of the issues in your divorce, we can arrange for an experienced family law/divorce mediator to assist you.

  • Full Representation - In addition to consulting with you extensively to ensure that we understand your situation, we quickly prepare the necessary documents for you to begin the case and we will appear in court with you as necessary and assist you in obtaining your divorce.  This is our premium service and, at present, representation is available only in Banks, Barrow, Bartow, Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Hall, Henry, Jackson, Paulding or Spalding Counties.  Full Representation is available at a flat fee that you will find in the fee schedule We do not represent clients in DeKalb County.

  • No Court Appearance - In the majority of cases, our clients do not even need to appear in court to complete their cases.  Although some courts require a personal appearance in court, we make every effort to handle all cases by mail.

  • Other Services - Sometimes you will find yourself in a position where, although your divorce is completed, you need changes made to the divorce decree or you need the court to enforce some provision of the decree.  Often, this is the result of a change is financial circumstances or some situation involving a child.  Additionally, we are highly experienced in child support and visitation modifications that sometimes become necessary long after a divorce is granted. We offer a full range of other services that you may find helpful.
